Payment Policy
Orders under $100
Full payment required at booking.
Orders $100+ or custom cakes
50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date.
Remaining balance due 3 days prior to pickup.
Orders are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:
All sales are final.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
