By placing an order with Honey Bash Bakes, you agree to the following terms:

Order Acceptance
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
Orders under $100 require full payment at the time of booking.
Custom orders and orders totaling $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Orders are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.

Custom Orders
Custom and specialty orders may require advance notice. Design details must be confirmed prior to payment.

Pickup Policy
Customers agree to pick up orders at the scheduled date and time. If you are delayed, please notify us promptly.
Orders not picked up within the agreed time frame may not be guaranteed in optimal condition.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before pickup.

Deposits and payments for custom orders are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion if notified within 24 hours of pickup and product remains unconsumed.

Customers are responsible for informing Honey Bash Bakes of any known allergies prior to ordering.
